Second Step:

Send an e-mail to the secretary of the association, Todd Oakley, specifying your name, title, and address, at the following address: tvo2[at]case.edu.

Unless you specify otherwise, we will share this information with de Gruyter Mouton, who will then send you an invoice for Cognitive Semiotics at the discounted price. (Receipt of an invoice means no obligation to subscribe.)
